In the recently released product portfolio, Andermatt incorporated several new products. Besides Plutex, a newly high selective baculovirus to control diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella), Andermatt also broadened its range of biostimulants and added animal health products to its global product portfolio.
Here we will present you the V12 and UPP biostimulant ranges which were developed by Andermatt Madumbi.
V12 Biostimulant range
The V12 Biostimulant range is based on the 12 essential components of plant vitality. The range consists of six products, each with a unique blend of nutrients.
V12 Initiate contains potassium, sulphur, calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, iron, silica, copper, molybdenum and boron for support rapid growth in the early stages.
V12 Multi contains nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, sulphur, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, manganese, boron and molybdenum – all in one foliar fertiliser with a full range of micronutrients.
V12 Micro contains nitrogen, potassium, magnesium, sulphur, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, boron and molybdenum – luxery levels of micronutrients; ideal for resolving unidentified deficiencies.
V12 Shoot contains nitrogen, magnesium, sulphur, iron, manganese and molybdenum for support of photosynthesis during vegetative growth.
V12 Fruit contains nitrogen, sulphur and boron and aid in the production of pollen and to reduce deficiencies assosiated with flower and fruit drop.
V12 Finish contains nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium and assists fruit full ensuring maximum yield potential is achieved.
UPP Biostimulant range
UPP stands for “Unlocking Plant Potential”. The range consists of four products each containing a different targeted biostimulant that impacts on a different specific plant growth stage:
Rhiz-Upp active ingredients Tryptophan and Methionine improve root development and early growth in both annual and perennial crops.
Shoot-Upp contains the natural fatty alcohol, Triacontanol as well as Ascorbic acid as a synergist. Stimulates processes related to photosynthesis (chlorophyll production) and vegetative growth and supports stress tolerance
Set-Upp contains the steroidal lactone, brassinolide. Improves pollination resulting in improved fruit set and yield potential.
Size-Upp contains the active ingredient n-ATCA (N-acetyl-thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid). Supports cellular and enzymatic processes, most often observed in the form of increased fruit/grain weight.
