Founded in Fredericton, New Brunswick, in 2006 as Sylvar Technologies, the company began by developing biological solutions for Canada’s forestry sector, becoming a recognized leader in baculovirus production and forest pest management. In 2011, the company joined the global Andermatt Group, a pioneer in biological crop protection, accelerating its growth and expanding its reach from forestry to now include crop production and bee health.
