Three Decades as Part of Andermatt’s History
At a time when career paths are becoming increasingly diverse, spending 30 years with the same company is truly special. We are therefore delighted to celebrate this impressive anniversary: Daniel Zingg has been part of the Andermatt Group for 30 years.
In November 1996, Daniel joined Andermatt Biocontrol as a product manager, fresh from completing his degree in agricultural science at ETH Zurich.
With great dedication, he played a key role, among other things, in introducing mating disruption technology for fruit growing and viticulture in Switzerland and Austria. His expertise and commitment in the vineyards were widely recognized. At the same time, he successfully completed an Executive MBA alongside his work.
In 2009, Daniel was appointed Managing Director of Andermatt Biocontrol AG. When Andermatt Biocontrol AG merged into Andermatt Group AG in 2022, he became CEO of the Group and took on responsibility for its companies worldwide. Across both roles, Daniel has guided Andermatt’s growth from a nationally active company into an international group that today comprises 26 companies and more than 660 employees.
Daniel owes this extraordinary career to his exceptional commitment and resilience, his focused and persistent approach, and his appreciative leadership style. With foresight and great dedication, he continues to shape Andermatt’s development.
