Ralph Schwarz has been part of Andermatt Biogarten since 2009, initially serving for two years as Product Manager before being appointed CEO of Andermatt Biogarten in 2011 – at a time when the company had a staff of just 10. With great enthusiasm, entrepreneurial vision, and considerable skill, Ralph has developed Andermatt Biogarten into a leading flagship company in the Swiss Home and Garden sector.
Within the Andermatt Group, Ralph also supported and coordinated business development in the Home and Garden sector in his role as Convenor. He oversaw the business expansion of Andermatt Biogarten GmbH in Germany as a supervisor and, from 2023, also took on the supervision of Andermatt BioVet.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Ralph for his tireless commitment, his positive energy, and his valuable contribution to the development of Andermatt Biogarten and the wider Andermatt Group. We are proud of the achievements realised together with Andermatt Biogarten, and we wish him all the very best for the future.

Introducing the New CEO of Andermatt Biogarten

Matthias Kohler will assume the role of CEO, effective immediately. Matthias has been part of Ralph’s team for ten years and previously supported the establishment of Andermatt Biogarten in Germany as interim CEO. Matthias brings a wealth of experience to this new role, and we are confident he will continue to successfully lead the ongoing development of Andermatt Biogarten.
