Andermatt Group AG announces several changes to its Board of Directors following the recent Annual General Assembly.
Dr. Felix Howald, who joined the Board in 2020, has stepped down from his position. Initially he was appointed to Andermatt Holding AG, later to Andermatt Group AG activity when it had just four subsidiaries and limited market. Felix has remained a dedicated and engaged board member throughout the Group’s growth and reorganization. We thank Felix for his valued contribution over the past five years and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
Co-founder, Dr. Isabel Andermatt has also decided to step down after an extraordinary 36 years of service on the boards of Andermatt Biocontrol, Andermatt Holding, Andermatt Group AG, and several subsidiaries. From co-founding the company and taking on operational roles in finance, IT, and administration, to playing a vital role in governance and investment decisions, Isabel’s contributions have been instrumental in shaping the Andermatt Group into the global company it is today.
