Nomu-Protec est bas\u00e9 sur un champignon entomopathog\u00e8ne. Metarhizium rileyi<\/em> (pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment connu sous le nom de Nomuraea rileyi<\/em>) qui infecte et contr\u00f4le les insectes l\u00e9pidopt\u00e8res nuisibles, en particulier ceux de la famille des Noctuidae. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La gamme d'h\u00f4tes comprend le l\u00e9gionnaire d'automne, un insecte important sur le plan \u00e9conomique. (Spodoptera frugiperda)<\/em> et le ver de la capsule africain (Helicoverpa armigera)<\/em> entre autres. La formulation unique de Nomu-Protec emp\u00eache les spores fongiques de se dess\u00e9cher et favorise l'infection des parasites. Lors de nombreux essais sur le terrain, Nomu-Protec s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9 tr\u00e8s efficace, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant une diminution significative de la population de parasites.
