Depuis 30 ans, Franz Bollhalder contribue \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner Andermatt gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son expertise technique, son esprit pratique et son engagement sans faille en faveur de l'am\u00e9lioration continue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Franz a rejoint ce qui s'appelait alors Andermatt Biocontrol en tant que jeune stagiaire en ing\u00e9nierie horticole. D\u00e8s ses d\u00e9buts, il a fait preuve d\u2019\u00e9nergie, de curiosit\u00e9 et de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 dans de nombreux domaines de l\u2019entreprise \u2013 de la R&D et des produits apicoles \u00e0 la production d\u2019Encarsia (gu\u00eape parasite utilis\u00e9e pour lutter contre l\u2019aleurode) et au d\u00e9veloppement de machines sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, dont certaines sont encore utilis\u00e9es aujourd\u2019hui. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au fil des ann\u00e9es, Franz a occup\u00e9 d'importants postes de direction au sein du groupe Andermatt. Son approche repose sur la confiance, la responsabilit\u00e9 et la volont\u00e9 de permettre \u00e0 chacun de s'\u00e9panouir. Depuis 2016, il joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la mise en \u0153uvre du Lean Management et du Lean Six Sigma au sein du groupe. Aujourd\u2019hui, cette combinaison d\u2019\u00e9tats d\u2019esprit et de connaissances a donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 une philosophie interne connue sous le nom d\u2019AMS (Andermatt Management System).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En mars 2026, Franz a rejoint le conseil d'administration d'Andermatt, o\u00f9 il joue d\u00e9sormais un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la d\u00e9finition de l'avenir d'Andermatt.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aujourd'hui, nous rendons hommage \u00e0 Franz non seulement pour ses nombreuses r\u00e9alisations professionnelles, mais aussi pour la contribution durable qu'il a apport\u00e9e au d\u00e9veloppement du groupe.
