Ralph Schwarz fait partie d'Andermatt Biogarten depuis 2009. Il a d'abord occup\u00e9 le poste de chef de produit pendant deux ans avant d'\u00eatre nomm\u00e9 PDG d'Andermatt Biogarten en 2011, \u00e0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 l'entreprise ne comptait que 10 collaborateurs. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son grand enthousiasme, \u00e0 sa vision entrepreneuriale et \u00e0 ses comp\u00e9tences remarquables, Ralph a fait d'Andermatt Biogarten une entreprise phare du secteur suisse de la maison et du jardin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au sein du groupe Andermatt, Ralph a \u00e9galement soutenu et coordonn\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement commercial dans le secteur de la maison et du jardin en tant que responsable. Il a supervis\u00e9 l'expansion commerciale d'Andermatt Biogarten GmbH en Allemagne en tant que responsable et, \u00e0 partir de 2023, a \u00e9galement pris en charge la supervision d'Andermatt BioVet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous tenons \u00e0 adresser nos sinc\u00e8res remerciements \u00e0 Ralph pour son engagement sans faille, son \u00e9nergie positive et sa pr\u00e9cieuse contribution au d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019Andermatt Biogarten et, plus largement, du groupe Andermatt. Matthias Kohler prendra ses fonctions de PDG avec effet imm\u00e9diat. Matthias fait partie de l'\u00e9quipe de Ralph depuis dix ans et a pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d'Andermatt Biogarten en Allemagne en tant que PDG par int\u00e9rim. Matthias apporte une grande exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 ce nouveau poste, et nous sommes convaincus qu\u2019il continuera \u00e0 diriger avec succ\u00e8s le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019Andermatt Biogarten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
