Es un tratamiento fiable y bien tolerado y tambi\u00e9n se recomienda despu\u00e9s de tratamientos cortos con \u00e1cidos org\u00e1nicos para una protecci\u00f3n duradera contra la reinfestaci\u00f3n.<br>F\u00e1cil y seguro de usar tambi\u00e9n para enjambres y n\u00facleos en colmenas peque\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aplicaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Retirar los cuadros de miel para la cosecha. Proporcionar a las abejas suficiente alimento para la duraci\u00f3n del tratamiento de 4 semanas. THYMOVAR<sup>\u00ae&nbsp;<\/sup> Las tiras se cortar\u00e1n o romper\u00e1n en dos trozos para facilitar su colocaci\u00f3n. Los mejores resultados se obtienen con temperaturas de 20 \u00b0C a 25 \u00b0C y una distancia de las tiras a las celdas de cr\u00eda de 4 a 10 cm. Empezar con una dosis reducida cuando se prevean temperaturas superiores a 30 \u00b0C en los tres primeros d\u00edas del tratamiento y completar la dosis al cabo de tres d\u00edas o una semana. Dejar un espacio de 1-2 cm sobre las tiras para permitir una buena evaporaci\u00f3n del timol activo. Retirar las tiras usadas despu\u00e9s de 3-4 semanas. Despu\u00e9s de una pausa de una semana para la reposici\u00f3n de la alimentaci\u00f3n se inicia el segundo tratamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perfil del tratamiento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El timol act\u00faa con una acci\u00f3n retardada. Se observar\u00e1 una mayor ca\u00edda de Varroa despu\u00e9s de dos d\u00edas. Debido a la larga duraci\u00f3n del tratamiento, los \u00e1caros Varroa escondidos en las celdas selladas ser\u00e1n alcanzados y expuestos a los vapores de timol tan pronto como emerjan con las abejas reci\u00e9n nacidas. Para una evaporaci\u00f3n suficiente, es esencial la temperatura elevada sobre las celdas de cr\u00eda. Las abejas se retirar\u00e1n de las tiras cuando la evaporaci\u00f3n sea demasiado fuerte. Esto puede llevar a la acumulaci\u00f3n de grupos de abejas frente a la entrada de la colmena en un d\u00eda caluroso al comienzo de un tratamiento. Las abejas intentar\u00e1n quitar las tiras mordisqueando la esponja usada. En algunos casos, las tiras se cubrir\u00e1n parcialmente con prop\u00f3leo para reducir la
